Your Timeline
1Weeks 1 to 4 · Hydration
Reset the hair and restore hydration.
2Weeks 5 to 8 · Internal Strength
Repair the hair and build strength.
3Weeks 9 to 12 · External Strength

The Foundational Four
1. No. 1 Hydrate RX
2. No. 2 Fortify RX
3. No. 3 Bond RX

This is your foundation. Everything builds from here.
Keep the foundation simple and steady.
What To Do This Week
1Pre-treat
Mix a small amount of No. 1 Hydrate RX with distilled water and smooth it through dry hair.
2Hydrate
Use No. 1 Hydrate RX and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
3Cleanse
Cleanse with No. 2 Fortify RX, starting at the scalp and working through the hair.
4Treat
Use No. 1 Hydrate RX for 7 to 10 minutes in Phase 1 or No. 3 Bond RX for 5 to 7 minutes in Phase 2 and 3, then rinse well.
5Support
Use No. 4 Vita Boost RX on damp hair.
6Style
Style in a way that feels comfortable and stay consistent each week.
Wash once a week. Move through it gently.

When You Need More Support
The foundational four are your anchor.
These products are here to support your hair when it needs more, not to replace your foundation.
5No. 5 Nourish RX
For dry, weak, or fragile ends. Use after No. 4 Vita Boost RX on the ends only.
6No. 6 Silken RX
Adds smoothness, shine, and protection. Apply to dry hair. Can be used daily if needed for maintenance.
7No. 7 Protect RX
Extra support before styling. Use before No. 4 Vita Boost RX in Phase 2 and 3.
8No. 8 Reconstructive RX
For deeper repair when your hair needs more support. Use in place of No. 3 Bond RX and alternate weeks in Phase 3.

The way you wear your hair between washes determines how well it holds over time.

•Cover your hair at night with silk or satin
•Avoid excessive heat or restyling
•Do not add heavy oils or outside products
